Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for bottles that have been opened or consumed for reasons other than quality defects.

Verification and Approval
Provide a photo of the damaged bottle or cork to help our quality control team verify the condition of the shipment.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repack the unopened bottles in their original protective shipping materials to prevent breakage during the return transit.
Refund Processing
Once our cellar receives and inspects the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
